Description

The OSX45E is a fully automatic, electrically operated telescopic overheight frame designed for fast, safe and efficient handling of flat racks and open-top (OOG) containers. It can be used with any spreader of ISO standard base measures within 20ā€“45 ft, without adapters or modifications to the parent spreader. Using the OSX45E increases the operational speed and safety of cranes, reachstackers and straddle carriers when handling flats and overheight containers. Unlike mechanically operated overheight frames, the OSX45E uses an onboard PLC and proximity-switch-verified landing pins to confirm correct seating before the twistlocks engage.
