Description

The Bromma Tandem EĀ³ delivers outstanding capacity and flexibility for terminals handling large volumes of 40- and 45-foot containers.

Its twin-spreader configuration allows simultaneous lifting of two containers or mixed sizes, while individual side-shift control ensures precise alignment ā€” even when containers or chassis are not perfectly positioned.

Major Features

  • Adjustable for different combinations of 40ā€™ and 45ā€™ containers. Two containers can be lifted at the same time, for example one 40ā€™ and one 45ā€™ container.
  • The spreader can telescope in to approx. 39 foot, in order to avoid snag load (to get stuck in a ship cell).
  • Low weight.
  • Recessed end beams allow handling of lashing frames and hatch covers.
  • Automatic separating and skewing functions.
  • Chain system allows for lifting containers of different heights (up to 660 mm).
