PLUS Twistlock Torque
Description
The newly designed linkage assembly provides higher torque, especially at the beginning and end of the twistlock rotation. A major advantage of the additional torque is evident when working with containers with damaged corner castings. This upgrade is available for all YSX40E/45E spreaders.
The Bromma PLUS Twistlock Torque upgrade is available for all YSX40E/45E spreaders. The new drive is designed to overcome friction caused by deformations in the corner castings and provide a smooth twistlock operation.

Scope of work
The scope of work for the supply and installation of the PLUS Twistlock Torque design upgrade includes:
- Dismantle existing twistlock drive and linkage
- Install new PLUS Twistlock Torque with adapter and upgraded linkage
- Modify the spreader program, if relevant
- Make changes to the electrical wiring, if relevant
- Test all functions
- Revise drawings
- Revise spreader manuals
